As reported by Ukrinform, this was reported by the observatory.
CGCG 396-2, an unusual combination of “multi-armed” galaxies, is stated to be located approximately 520 million light-years from our planet.

The painting itself was obtained as part of the Galaxy Zoo folklore project. Hundreds of thousands of volunteers are classifying galaxies to help scientists solve an astronomical problem – how to sort through the vast amounts of data produced by robotic telescopes.
In a clumped spiral galaxy, unlike galaxies with a regular spiral structure, the spiral “arms” are not continuous structures of the galaxy itself.
As Ukrinform reports, the NASA/ESA Hubble space telescope took a photo of the globular star cluster NGC 6569 in the constellation Sagittarius.
