The Council of Ministers has amended the Procedure on the Use of Weapons by Members of the Regional Communities’ Voluntary Entities. The list of allowed weapons has been significantly expanded. Small arms and other weapons are now allowed if previous members of terrorist defense groups only had the right to use personal hunting weapons, according to the government portal.

According to the document: small arms – firearms, pneumatic barrels for firing projectiles or other types of ammunition; other weapons – artillery, missile systems (complexes), guided (unguided) missiles and their components, complexes (plants) for their launch and components, weapon control (fire), missile remote control systems, equipment for transport and maintenance of missiles, grenade launchers, flamethrowers, mines, grenades.
