After the huge success of the AirTag, and as we have already seen with many other branded products, Huawei has just announced the launch of its own device, which is quite similar: Huawei Tag, small geolocators which will allow us to always have our things in their place.
WITH shaped more like guitar picks than a coinwithout being completely round, these devices are presented under minimum thickness of only 5.6 millimeters and weight of 6 grams, reducing both dimensions with respect to Apple devices. In this way, these locators are easier and more practical and remain much more unnoticed.
Huawei Tag will therefore have a Bluetooth connection with which we can synchronize them with our mobile phone, so when they get far enough away and lose that connection, we’ll get a notification of their loss. Although this will not be the only warning, since the locators themselves will be able to reproduce noise level up to 92 dB so that we can more easily locate them (or alert others if the loss is theft).

On the other hand, even if it is out of reach of our phone, we can still find our bookmark. The Huawei Tag will continue to broadcast its location signal through the network of other users’ Huawei devices, a similar operation to other designs already on the market.
Eventually they will have these devices built-in NFC tagwith which any user with any phone will see some simple contact information to contact and find the owner.
Availability and price
Although it has been officially announced, we still have to wait next July 30 so that you can get the new Huawei Tag through the brand’s official store. Due to the absence of confirmation of official prices for our country, we currently have official prices for the Chinese market, which assume the availability of individual purchase for 99 yuan (only 14 euros per change) and a pack of four units, which will be 299 yuan (42 euros for change, with a price of 10.50 euros per unit).
In addition, the company will also sell a small leather keychain with which we can store and hang these Huawei brands on other items, available for 69 yuan (approximately 10 euros).
