Ukrainian operators record hundreds of cases of network damage and equipment downtime every day. For example, on April 6 alone, the State Special Communications Service reported 129 of them.

• Operators continue to provide services in regions where possible and restore Internet access for Ukrainians.
• The “Keep Ukraine in Touch” project is being launched to help provide faster internet to all settlements.
• According to the plan, international partners will help operators purchase the necessary equipment to restore communications in Ukraine.
• The first equipment will begin to arrive in Ukraine in mid-April.
• This is an entirely voluntary initiative of volunteers who make every effort to maintain Ukrainians’ access to important information.

The project is implemented by the Global NOG Alliance with the participation and support of the Ministry of Finance, industry associations of the Rightsholders and Content Providers Association, the Ukrainian Internet Association and DEPS.
