Signify announced this Thursday (7th) the launch in Brazil of its new smart table lamp WiZ Hero. With its rounded and modern design, this model is ideal for spaces such as the living room or bedroom. The recommended price of the product is 489.99 reais, but it can already be found in stores such as Amazon at more affordable prices.

The new WiZ Hero allows you to fill any corner of your home with white and bright smart light and has integration with the WiZ app to activate various modes. It also integrates with other products in the company’s portfolio such as lamps, recessed panels, motion sensors and LED strips. The product is compatible with Samsung Smart Things Hub, but not with LG ThinqU Hub.

Focus on usability and control for each app

The entire WiZ living space range has a range of features and customization modes to create a space to suit each user’s personality. The new Hero has an intuitive navigation system that allows you to control it from anywhere, and also allows the user to define a set of procedures for each room, setting the lamps to turn on at certain times of the day.

The app is available for iOS and Android. The new WiZ Hero table lamp displays up to 16 million colors of light, creating an amazing atmosphere in the home and exploiting subtle differences that provide dynamic lighting effects to illuminate a room.

Ecosystem and full range of products

The WiZ lighting range includes several products for everyday use. There are different options for different types of installation, such as the A60 E27 WiZ incandescent lamp, ideal for use in lamps and lampshades. The GU10 WiZ is designed for spaces where focused light is required, while the WiZ Downlight Recessed Panel is ideal for lighting projects that include a variety of light sources on ceilings, plaster and other surfaces, highlighting their discreet design.

From now on, the A60 E27 WiZ incandescent lamp can also be found in a bi-volt version, and the GU10 WiZ lamp in a 220 V version, in addition to the current 127 V.

The brand also recently introduced WiZmote Control to control lighting without using any other device, and WiZ Motion Sensor to turn lights on and off automatically based on the presence of people. Finally, a 2m WiZ LED strip for indirect and linear lighting in any space and a 1m LED strip extension are also available and are sold separately.
