Xiaomi has recently announced the launch of its upcoming smartphone 12 Lite for the global market. However, before any official announcement was made, the launch date of the device and the other product that will be released with the new phone has been determined.
This was reported by Paras Guglani, who shared the information on Twitter. According to the tweet, Xiaomi 12 Lite and Mi Band 7 will be launched on July 13, 2022. In other words, the new smartphone in the flagship 12 series and the Chinese tech giant’s newest smartwatch will be announced for the global market next week. The tweet also shared an image that also gives us the exact time of the launch event.

While we know that the upcoming device will be announced soon, the source claims that the new smart bracelet will also be launched on the same date. For those who don’t know, Mi Band 7 was first launched in China for a price of 279 yuan (about $42). Speaking of the smartphone, it has a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 778G SoC and is powered by a 4,300mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
The chipset is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Running on Android 12 MIUI 13 operating system, the device has a 108MP triple camera setup on the back and a 32MP selfie camera on the front. The Mi Band 7, on the other hand, has a 1.62-inch AMOLED panel and packs a 235mAh battery.
