The message is instantly displayed on the phone screen, on top of all apps, or on the locked screen at the same time with loud alert. This is done in order to immediately inform the public about the threat of emergency or other dangerous events and the sequence of actions to be taken in such situations.
Kyivstar subscribers will soon receive test messages from SES.
According to Ukrinform, since the beginning of the war, operators have provided over 600 million UAH free mobile services, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
