Three days ago, the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ received a new security patch, while the Galaxy Note 10 Lite was left out. Samsung today released the July 2022 security update for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
The new Galaxy Note 10 Lite update comes with a firmware version N770FXXS8GVF4. It’s rolling out in France and other countries may receive the update in the next few days. The July 2022 security patch addresses more than 50 privacy and security vulnerabilities. The update may also bring general bug fixes and better device stability.
If you own a Galaxy Note 10 Lite in France, you can download the new software update by going to: Settings menu» software updates and pressing “Download and install“. You can also download the latest firmware file from our database and flash it manually.
Samsung introduced the Galaxy Note 10 Lite three years ago with One UI 2 based on Android 10. The S Pen-toting phone received the Android 11 update in early 2021 and the One UI 4 update based on Android 12 earlier this year. Source
