As Ukrinform reports, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports on Telegram.
“The Ministry of the Interior, together with the experts of the world technology giant Google, launched a project to digitize the results of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The purpose of the project is to restore the destruction caused by the Russian invaders in Ukrainian cities and villages.
The project is planned to be made available to those who want to have objective data about its area and real estate.
In addition, a separate service will be created for law enforcement and rescue workers who can use it as a source of information and reference to coordinate actions and further capture the situation.
The first results will be announced next week. Google experts have promised to publish the first panoramic photos of the destroyed streets and buildings in Irpen.
As Ukrinform reported, on February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The attacker’s troops, using artillery, rocket-propelled grenade launchers and ballistic missiles, heavily bomb the residential areas of Ukrainian cities and villages, bombarding and destroying infrastructure.
