OUR emojipedia now announced a new emoticons which may arrive on iPhone, iPad, Mac and other Apple devices later this year with the 15.0 update. Among the main novelties are high-five emoticons, a fan, a jellyfish, a trembling face and regular hearts in pink, gray and blue.

According to the platform, the sketches of the submitted designs are part of world emoji daywhich will take place next Sunday (17). It’s worth noting that this is the eighth year that Emojipedia has been showing previews of emoji that iOS device users will be able to see in the future.

Via the official blog, Emojipedia reported: “Also, since this is just a preliminary list of emoji, each emoji is subject to change prior to final approval in September 2022.”

The use of some emojis that may be released later this year depends on the combination. For example, in the case of a high-five, the emoji would serve as an official replacement for the closed-handed salute, and could also be used to refuse something in combination with other shapes.

So the new emoji draft list has elk, donkey, wing, black bird, goose, hyacinth, ginger, pea pods, and the WI-FI symbol. In addition, lovers of Latin American music can also rejoice at the novelty, as figurines of the famous maracas and flutes will also be presented. Check out all the emojis that could be released in 2022 below.
