We are talking about the possibility of editing posts, the request for the introduction of which the developers have repeatedly ignored. Interestingly, shortly before the corresponding announcement, the ambitious billionaire held a “popular” vote on the introduction of such an option on his blog.

According to representatives of the social network, the corresponding function will soon be launched in test mode for users who have signed up for a paid subscription to Twitter Blue. They also stressed that the decision was not based on a poll. Previously, Twitter’s lead product specialist, in response to a question about the appearance of editing posts, said that this was not on the company’s priority list.

Yesterday it became known that the head of SpaceX and Tesla, who recently bought a 9.2% stake in Twitter, will join the company’s board of directors. Elon Musk himself has not publicly commented on his new position yet. Now 80.7 million people have subscribed to the businessman’s public account.
