However, Samsung has already patented the original design of the two-way sensor built into the display. He means the ability to read each pattern regardless of whether the smartphone is open or not. In the first case, the scanner will be located in the lower left corner of the main matrix, in the second – at the bottom center of the external screen.

The presentation of new Samsung products with a flexible screen is expected in the third quarter of 2022. The first sophisticated smartphone on the market with a fingerprint scanner built into the display is supposed to be vivo X Gold, which will be presented on April 11th.
