Among the numerous questions and answers that appear, one strongly draws our attention that says this «it’s not necessary right now have a PSN account and enjoy PlayStation Studios games on PC.
While this answer seems pretty self-explanatory, the truth is that it leaves open the possibility that in the future you will need to have a PSN account to play PlayStation Studios titles on PC. It follows from the time reference “currently”, which clearly refers to the present and is not a timeless statement. Sony could have answered directly “PSN account not required…”.
