Ukrainians submitted 26,000 applications for free training under the IT Generation project.

According to the news of Ukrinform, the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced it on Telegram.

It was noted that such a large number of applications were sent four days after the start of the program.

“The project gives Ukrainians without IT experience the opportunity to receive training in IT for free within 2-6 months. These are specialties that can be mastered without prior training. As a result, the market is recruiting new personnel and Ukrainians get the necessary profession,” he said.

As a reminder, the third phase of the IT Generation education project started on 8 August. Within two weeks, Ukrainians will be able to apply for free training in IT specialties.

The project is implemented by the Ministry of Digitization in partnership with Binance Charity and Lviv IT Cluster with the support of the USAID Program “Competitive Economy of Ukraine” and “Digital, Inclusive, Accessible: Supporting the Digitization of the Public” project. Services in Ukraine” was implemented by UNDP in Ukraine with the support of Sweden.

To apply, you need to select a school and a study program on the project platform, then go to the school’s website and submit an application.
