After launching his new high-end smartphone Redmi K50 Extreme Editiontrademark xiaomi now planning his next smartphone Redmi A1. This new model is a cheap device and has proved tested on test sites and in several certificates recently.

According to the device registered in the certification FKKit will come with chipset Helio A22which is SoC MediaTech Made for lower cost devices. The model has also been found in several other certifications such as MPEI as well as TUF Rhineland which indicates that the Chinese manufacturer is gearing up for its imminent launch.

O Redmi A1 was also found during tests in Geekbench 5, where performance was similar to other models with the same chipset. Through the reference platform, it was found that the new entry-level cell phone from xiaomi must be 3 GB RAM and will be updated to android 12possibly with MIUI 13.

Along with hardware, information released through certification bodies indicates that a cheap smartphone will support connectivity via 2.4 GHz WiFi only as well as Bluetooth. The body of the device will have a length of 164.67 mm and a width of 76.56 mm.

This is the only information about the new smartphone of the Chinese giant, but 91 mobile phones indicates that the new Redmi A1 must be launched internationally as a device PIT.

The portal notes that xiaomi it was originally planned to launch its new entry-level smartphone in India. Some rumors suggest that the Indian government is considering taking action against Chinese brands with smartphones priced below INR 12,000 (~ R$ 800), so it will be interesting to know how redmi / PIT be able to overcome this possible setback.
