From August 1-14, the Ukrainian IT Army blocked more than 600 online resources of the Russian Federation.

It was noted that in the first two weeks of August, the IT army blocked the online resources of the Russian Post. A powerful cyberattack completely paralyzed the work of the national postal operator of the Russian Federation. Using postal services, sending or receiving packages, etc. it was impossible.
“The cyberattack paralyzed the work of the state post office and stifled revenue that could support the country’s budget and produce another enemy missile,” the Statistics Department said.
The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation was also blocked. Due to the cyber attacks, military families were unable to receive payment and compensation for their soldiers, alive or dead, who participated in the war against Ukraine.
The IT army has attacked online banking services and customers of many Russian banks have been unable to perform requested financial transactions from their smartphones. Video communication platforms created by the Russians to replace popular services leaving the Russian market were also attacked.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war against Ukraine, Russia has carried out 796 cyberattacks on Ukraine, Ukrinform reported.
