We’ve known for a long time that AMD will introduce its new generation of processors, the Ryzen 7000, sometime in late summer or early fall at the latest. As the months passed, this period was “refined” and finally, earlier this month there was a leak pointing to August 29th. Although it was not official information, it had many elements that gave it great credibility, so since then it is practically taken for granted that it will be so.
However, we lacked an official confirmation from AMD, something that became more urgent every day, since today the dates are less than two weeks away, a quite reasonable period to end the uncertainty and confirm, or not, the date of the event. And the good news is that they have. As we can see in this reportposted on Ryzen’s official Twitter, the event will take place on Monday, August 29 at 7:00 PM ETthat is, at one o’clock in the morning on Tuesday the 30th peninsular Spanish time, at midnight between the 29th and the 30th in the Canary Islands.
Join us on August 29th at 7:00 PM ET for “Together We Improve_PC,” the live premiere to unveil AMD’s next generation of PC products.
