In a statement, the group shared a screenshot showing messages stating that accounts were suspended due to “false information that could cause real-world harm.”
CHD argued that the ban may be related to a lawsuit the group filed against Meta, accusing the tech giant of violating its right to freedom of expression.
The lawsuit demands that Meta trust the U.S. agency the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention about what information is scientifically backed.
