The announcement was published on the company’s official website. You can find it in the Windows Message Center. The reasons are clear – Microsoft wants to focus on Windows 11, which is not spreading around the world as fast as the big bosses would like.

Which Windows 10 will stop updating from May 10? Here is the list:

  • Windows 10 20H2 Home Page;
  • Windows 10 20H2 Pro;
  • Windows 10 20H2 Pro Tutorial;
  • Windows 10 20H2 Pro for Workstations;
  • Windows 101909 Enterprise;
  • Windows 10 1909 Tutorial;
  • Windows 10 1909 IoT Enterprise.

All of these will no longer receive security updates. The final security update will be released on May 10. It will be the last. Windows 10 20H2 Enterprise, Windows 10 20H2 Education, and Window 10 20H2 IoT Enterprise will be updated by May 2023.
