Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov said this in an interview with Ukrinform.

“Preferential mortgage is a program announced by the President and supported by the government. We plan to beta test it on September 15 and launch this project fully in October. I think it will be a revolutionary tool overall. After all, people don’t need to get any documents, go to the bank, or call someone. “You just have to go to Diya and fill in the minimum amount of information that is automatically transmitted to the banks,” he said.

The minister announced that under the conditions developed by the government, a 3 percent mortgage will be provided at the initial stage to Ukrainian military personnel, law enforcement officers, doctors, teachers and scientists. This phase begins already in October. Then the second stage – at the beginning of 2023. Then all Ukrainians will be able to get a home loan of 7%.

As reported, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is already planning that in August, Ukrainians will be able to purchase local government loan bonds using the Diya app.
