Muğla Metropolitan Municipality uses GIS ground radar to respond faster and faster to infrastructure failures.
Muğla Metropolitan Municipality The Directorate General MUSKİ continues its efforts to find a faster solution to infrastructure failures across the province. MUSKI General Directorate uses ground radar GIS, which reduces works monitoring time and fault detection.
Thanks to the ground radar, the location, depth and diameter of the pipes of the existing infrastructure facilities (telecom, electricity, drinking water, sewage, natural gas, rainwater) during the infrastructure works in the province are determined, and the risk of damage that may occur during the work is minimized by increasing the working speed. The location and heights of the existing drinking water pipes are also determined by radar, and sound data is obtained by ensuring integration into the GIS system.
Thanks to the ground radar, in addition to controlling the newly manufactured lines, in the event of a malfunction, the location of the malfunction is immediately detected, saving considerable time savings for repairs.
