There is Wi-Fi in shelters in almost a thousand schools – Fedorov

Applications for Wi-Fi connectivity in shelters have been submitted by more than 4,000 schools, and nearly a thousand of them already have internet access.

As reported by Ukrinform, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced this on Telegram.

“4,032 schools have applied to participate in the Wi-Fi in Shelters program.” 962 educational institutions already have internet in shelters, others will soon,” the government official said.

Fedorov reminded: to get Wi-Fi equipment, the representative of the educational institution needs to fill out an online form. Telecom business owners can apply by following the link.

According to the Minister of Education and Science, Serhiy Shkarlet, as reported by Ukrinform, about 41% of educational institutions in Ukraine are ready for full-time education.
