As reported by Ukrinform, the press service of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine reported this in Telegram.
“During the six months of the war, Ukraine’s computer emergency response team CERT-UA, operating under State Special Communications, recorded 1,123 cyberattacks,” the report says.
It is stated that cybercriminals most frequently attack the government and local authorities.
In addition, key targets include commercial and financial institutions, security and defense sector organizations, energy sector enterprises, the transportation industry and telecom – all infrastructures that work for the livelihood of the population.
As reported by Ukrinform, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian cyber police have repelled 83 enemy cyberattacks and alerted 300 more.
