Among the purposes of using e-government services, access to personal information stored about itself by official authorities or public services ranks first with 64.4. When this ratio is analyzed based on the last moment of purchase or order of goods or services; It was observed that 33.6 of the persons bought or ordered goods or services in the last 3 months (first 3 months of 2022). This percentage was 32.4 in the last 3 months of last year (first 3 months of 2021).

In the first 3 months of 2022, the most purchased goods by individuals who bought or ordered goods or services over the Internet were clothing, shoes and accessories with 71.3. Next came deliveries from restaurants, fast food chains and catering companies at 50.2, food products at 41.9, cleaning products, personal care materials at 28.7 and cosmetics, beauty and health products at 27.4.

When the types of goods purchased on the Internet are examined for gender; menswear, footwear and accessories at 64.7, restaurant, fast food and catering supplies at 51.1 and food products at 40.9; it was seen that women bought clothes, shoes and accessories by 78.4, deliveries from restaurants, fast food chains and catering companies by 49.2 and food products by 43.0.

The most purchased or subscribed digital content was the service for watching movies or series with 26.4

The most purchased or subscribed digital content by individuals who bought or ordered goods or services over the internet in the first three months of 2022 was watching or downloading movies or TV series at a rate of 26.4. This was followed by 23.2 for music streaming or downloading and 15.1 for software downloads (including upgrades).

The most frequently purchased online services by these individuals are the purchase of transport services (bus, train, plane and ship tickets) through the 21.0 website or application, and the purchase of cultural events (cinema, theater, concert, funfair, etc.) with 14.9. ) ticket purchase and subscription to the Internet or mobile phone with 13.4.

The number of people who carried out learning activities via the Internet was 15.9

While the number of people who carried out online learning activities in the past 3 months for educational, professional or private purposes was 17.1 in 2021, it rose to 15.9 in 2022. It turned out that in 2022 this percentage was 15.6 for men and 16.3 for women.

82.0 of the people used WhatsApp

The most used social media and messaging applications by individuals were WhatsApp with 82.0, YouTube with 67.2 and Instagram with 57.6. When the most used social media and messaging applications are analyzed by gender; It was found that men mainly used WhatsApp at 85.9, YouTube at 70.8 and Facebook at 61.5, while women used WhatsApp at 78.1, YouTube at 63.7 and Instagram at 55.9.
