ROCCAT Vulcan II Mini is the latest optical-mechanical keyboard from the peripherals brand playing games for PC by Turtle Beach Corporation and comes as an improved evolution of the original Vulcan.

There is no shortage of good gaming keyboards, as you may have seen in our recent product guide, and this specialist brand has quite a few in its catalogue. The Vulcan II Mini opted for a reduced size (65% of the size of a standard keyboard), but retains the arrow keys and adds five additional keys, giving plenty of room for mouse movements that require faster games.

The key to any keyboard worth its salt is its keys, and the new Vulcan mounts them for the occasion optical switches ROCCAT TITAN II. They are designed for competitive games that require speed, accuracy and rapid keystrokes “drive at the speed of light” and have a durability rating of 100 million hits. One of the novelties of this model is that they are optimized to be compatible with keys from other brands thanks to an improved transparent case.

Its exterior retains the quality of sa anodized aluminum housing which ensures structural integrity and enables ROCCAT’s AIMO RGB lighting technology to be synchronized with other products that support this technology.

The Vulcan II Mini claims to be the world’s first keyboard with this technology Dual LED Smart Key. PC gamers can rely on keystrokes thanks to 30 multi-functional Dual LED Smart Keys that allow them to better see when secondary functions are activated.

Smart keys are combined with the EasyShift function [+] by ROCCAT, which allows users to program a second layer of functionality so that the mini keyboard retains the functionality of a full-size keyboard. Players will be able to save up to five profiles Custom RGB lighting, key mapping, and other features directly into the keyboard’s internal memory for easy use on multiple computers.

The ROCCAT Vulcan II Mini includes a detachable USB-C cable (optionally in a different color for further customization) and will be available in black or white finishes.
