The supercar has four electric motors that together produce 1,180 horsepower and 1,342 Nm of torque.
The car can accelerate from zero to 96 km/h in less than two seconds, and 161 km/h in about 4 seconds. The maximum speed of the electric car is 250 km/h.
Ariel Hipercar currently weighs 1,759 kg, but the company wants the final version to weigh 1,499 kg before mass production begins.
Thanks to the electric battery, the vehicle can travel 240 km without being charged.
A copy of the Ariel Hypercar will cost about one million dollars, and its mass production is expected to begin in 2024.
