The subject of smart glasses has become very popular in recent months. All things considered, Google’s long-standing values put many companies at ease.
For example, Xiaomi announced its “smart” glasses a month ago, the Mijia Glasses Camera. Now they are ready to order in China. The price is pleasantly surprising though – they’re asking $375 for the device.
Interestingly, although the device has not yet been in the hands of users, Xiaomi has already promised to release the first major update for itself on September 10. It will include animal and plant recognition functions. The company’s developers will also add image stabilization to the glasses while using the camera.
We will remind you that the Xiaomi Mijia Glasses Camera is built on the basis of an octa-core Qualcomm processor, has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of permanent memory. The gadget also has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 communication modules.
One of the distinguishing features of the device is its camera. It has a resolution of 50 MP, so the glasses can shoot with up to 15x zoom.
Full-fledged sales are scheduled to begin on September 6.
