While Apple is preparing to surprise with only the Pro version of its smartwatch, Samsung is preparing for a much more visible revolution.

Enthusiasts discovered the patents of the Korean company that depicted a previously unknown device. When folded, it can replace a smartphone, while in the folded state it is a "smart" watch that wraps around the wearer's wrist.

Thanks to the flexible screen of the device, it was possible to achieve the 2-in-1 effect. Samsung has already tested something similar with the Galaxy Fold in 2019 - devices in the line are still both smartphones and tablets at the same time.

However, it is worth noting that we have only one patent so far. And that means the device's release date is very uncertain - it could be at the beginning of 2023, as part of Galaxy Unpacked, or maybe a few years from now.
