The plan, which said rumor would be called Friends & Family, suggests that unlike what happens with much of the subscription service of any kind, in this case, the plan can also be shared with friends.

This nuance is actually the most important because it tells us that it is not necessary for people who share a plan to live at the same address, which many others require. The price of the monthly fee for the family plan, 21.99 euros in the tests that take place in Ireland, is of course higher than the price of the subscription of the individual Ultimate level (12.99 euros), but of course the accounts that are part of it (up to five) , they will have Ultimate status. In other words, the cost per account per month would be 4.40 euros.

And at the beginning of the message I said that it is no longer a rumor because Microsoft has released information about Xbox Game Pass Friends and Family on its support siteand among the questions he answers we find the following: «I am the primary account holder. What is interesting is not so much the question, the wording of which encourages us to think that we are facing an automatic translation, but rather the answer, which explicitly confirms what we have been waiting for months:

At the moment, there are no official dates for the extension of this subscription modality to other countries. And it’s understandable, of course, because if the individual modes of Xbox Game Pass were already quite successful, one can imagine that now, with the possibility of both family members and groups of friends agreeing to share this new modality, their numbers could experience even greater grow.
