While the brand emphasized expert personnel support and repair service in electronics in its first film, it also referred to the “29 Minutes Pickup from Store” service in its second film. In both films, the famous actress Pelin Akil Altan and her husband Anıl Altan, who is an actress like herself, played roles.

The brand underlined continued expertise with its international experience of more than 50 years in the sector, emphasizing both “staff expertise” and repair service in its stores, whether purchased from MediaMarkt or not, in its first film. In the second film it released, MediaMarkt talked about the alternative delivery method it offers consumers thanks to its multi-channel structure. In both commercials of the brand, the famous actress Pelin Akil Altan and her actress husband Anıl Altan took part.

The film highlights the repair service and expert staff

The first film opens with Pelin Akil Altan and Anıl Altan, preparing to take a selfie with their phone. Anıl Altan, who dropped his phone as he was about to take the picture, wondered if his screen was broken, while Pelin Akil Altan calmly took the phone in his hand and saw that the screen was cracked. Then the famous couple goes to the MediaMarkt store and uses the brand’s repair service. In the next scene, while Anıl Altan is holding his refurbished phone, Pelin Akil Altan instructs him to get information about robotic vacuum cleaners from the knowledgeable staff of the store’s Plus Services department.

“Pick up in store in just 29 minutes” service

MediaMarkt, which allows consumers to pick up the products they buy from mediamarkt.com.tr in stores across the country, also offers a 29-minute delivery service to consumers. In the second film released, this multi-channel service is mentioned by the brand. In the film, while the famous couple was in the hotel for a vacation, Pelin Akil Altan realizes that she has forgotten her hair styler. At that moment, Anıl Altan, taking his phone in his hand, buys the hair styler he had chosen on the MediaMarkt website with the brand’s “Delivery from the store in 29 minutes” service. The couple, who quickly goes to the store, receives the purchased product in 29 minutes.
