The CHIPS program, which aims to ensure that the US maintains its technology leadership position and widens the gap, is a program for US-based technology companies. $50 Billion Fund will divorce. The US, which will support three different initiatives to achieve this goal, will allocate $39 billion to just two of the initiatives. These two initiatives aim to relocate chip production entirely to the US.
