NVIDIA planned to broadcast an event called “GeForce Beyond“, which should be the official introduction of Ada Lovelace, the company’s new generation/architecture that will be marketed through graphics GeForce RTX40.

“GeForce Beyond” is scheduled for that day. 20 September 2022 at 17:00 CET and will include the presence of Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. Jensen Huang himself will give a speech during the opening of GTC 2022, in which he will review the advancements in technologies related to video games, content creation, artificial intelligence and graphics, sectors in which the company has shown considerable strength for years.

It remains to be seen if “GeForce Beyond” will actually end up being the RTX 40 graphics launch event, but the name is already in charge of raising expectations ahead of the event that is sure to happen.

The specs of the various GeForce RTX 40 models and series have been dancing around for weeks, but it seems that the jump to 5nm TSMC process, increased level 2 cache, increased number of active Streaming Multiprocessor (SM) units, presence of 4th generation Tensor cores and 3rd generation RT cores These are qualities that can almost be taken for granted. Added to all this is the possible arrival of the third generation of DLSS, NVIDIA’s well-known supersampling technology.

As for the graphics that would be presented at the event, the GeForce RTX 4080 Founders Edition gained momentum in recent weeks, the alleged photo of which was leaked recently. It cannot be ruled out that it is accompanied by RTX 4090 and/or RTX 4070.

On the Ada Lovelace, it is possible that it is a significant leap compared to the Amperewith the GeForce RTX 4090, which could double the performance of the RTX 3090. Of course, this improvement, if confirmed, would be accompanied by an increase in power consumption.

In short, the event at which the GeForce RTX 40 (or at least some of the high-end models) would be presented will take place on September 20, 2022. It is important to remember that 17 hours does not necessarily refer to the moment in which graphics presented, but NVIDIA is already in charge of putting long teeth on the staff.
