According to the instructions of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, in order to ensure the cyber protection of critical information infrastructure, the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine is purchasing equipment for the modernization of the data center with licensed software. .

It was noted that the equipment will be integrated with the Unified Information and Analytics System of the Fund and will ensure the protection and reliable protection of the database, in particular the personal data of millions of insured, their employers, victims at work and victims. their families in potential cybersecurity conditions from the aggressor country.

In addition, the modernization of servers will ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Fund’s single system, processing of settlement applications and payment of hospital, maternity, funeral and insurance benefits.

The Fund emphasizes that the acquisition was planned and realized in line with the expenditures determined in this direction in the FSSU budget for 2022.

As reported, the Ministry of Social Policies since October 1 Implements the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UEISSS) in all regions of Ukraine. This will allow centralization of appointments, accruals and payments for IDPs, which will significantly speed up the receipt of assistance for IDPs and the resolution of problematic issues.
