“Due to the sanctions imposed, the mobile application “SberBank Online” on the Android platform cannot be downloaded and updated on the Google Play store,” the statement said.
At the same time, it is noted that the previously installed application works, there are no restrictions on its use.

The United States, European Union and other countries have imposed and continue to impose sanctions on Russia for its extensive occupation of Ukraine.
The United States imposed new sanctions on Sberbank on April 6: its assets will be frozen, and US citizens and companies will be prohibited from doing business with a credit institution. The counterparties are required to complete all their relations with the bank by 13 April.
