Amazon announced a new generation Kindle Introducing the smallest and lightest version of this popular e-book reader. Priced at €109.99, it offers premium features, support via USB Type-C for battery charging and data transfer, six-week battery life and doubled data storage capacity.
The new Amazon Kindle aims to be a better product on all fronts because apart from having improved autonomy and storage capacity to 16 GB, includes a 6-inch screen with a resolution of 300 pixels per inch and anti-reflective capabilities. This represents a significant jump from the previous generation, which supported 167 pixels per inch.
The increased pixel density should result in a very noticeable improvement in sharpness. In addition, the adjustable front light and dark mode ensures comfortable reading in low light or in the dark.
Added to all of the above are features highly valued by Amazon customers, such as X-Ray, which provides relevant information about people or places mentioned in the book, and an integrated dictionary quickly search for any word. Streamlined in its latest versions, the iOS and Android app allows you to register your device unit faster and start reading sooner.

In addition to the improved features, the new Amazon Kindle is smaller, so it now fits in your pocket and allows you to comfortably read longer while holding the device with one hand, according to the company.
Another interesting aspect is the resolution Climate Pledge Friendly, which claims a greater reduction in carbon emissions compared to previous generation products. The new version of the electronic book reader is made from 90% recycled magnesium and its packaging is fully recyclable as part of Amazon’s policy. The company has set a goal that by 2023, 100% of its product packaging will be recyclable.
The new generation Amazon Kindle will go on sale on October 12, 2022 at the mentioned price of 109.99 euros, although reservations are already open for those who are particularly interested in the device.
