The service offered by Banco do Brasil is capable of covering up to 100% of the purchase price, with customers having up to 59 days to pay the down payment.

This is because it starts at 1.83% and can increase depending on the amount of payments chosen by the buyer at the time of closing the purchase, which significantly affects the final amount that will be paid out.
