According to Ukrinform correspondent, Pavlo Kartashov, director of the Ukraine Startup Fund, announced this during a briefing on Ukraine’s presentation at the Web Summit conference.

“This year we have a large delegation – 24 teams selected by our partners. Eight of them will receive additional funding to meet their needs. Web Summit is a very good opportunity to make yourself known to the world. We want everyone to know Ukraine as an innovative and technological state with great potential. ” said.

Representatives of the startup ecosystem are specifically identified as: UBOS, ReLeaf, Jiffsy, Logos, Revisior, PeopleForce, Choice31, I3 Engineering, Liki24, BannerBoo, Kycaid, SkinnerAI, Lookerz, MISU, Keiki, Adminix, LabsArena.com, SCOPO , Awesomik, Birb , StanPass, Trustee Plus, DeHealth Network, Dooozen.

In addition, with the support of the Fund’s partner, GIST (“Global Innovation Through Science and Technology” Initiative), eight selected startups received additional financial support to cover travel and living expenses: DeHealth Network, ReLeaf, Keiki, Birb, I3 Engineering, Jiffsy , Logos, Revisionist.

Participating teams selected as partners of the event received special awards:

• by idealists. Creative marketing agency: three free brand sessions with analysis of marketing and promotion issues – for Liki24, BannerBoo, Dooozen;
• From Flyer One Ventures: mentoring sessions – for People Force, ReLeaf, Bird;
• From UNIT.City: Free offices for 6 months – for Liki24, Awesonic, Dehealth Network.
• From Vacuum Deep Tech Acceleration: “Successful lead generation and new opportunities through participation in international trade shows” workshop – for Jiffsy, MISU, ReLeaf.

As reported, the Web Summit is the world’s largest technological conference. Ukraine will present its pavilion for the second time this year. Top startups, funds, IT companies and the government jointly present the Ukrainian technology ecosystem to the global IT community.

More than 70,000 visitors, more than 2,000 startups and more than 900 speakers are expected to attend, including representatives of the world’s largest companies: Apple, Google, Amazon, OpenSea, Microsoft.

Web Summit 2022 will take place on November 1-4 in Lisbon (Portugal).
