Ukrainians have developed a mobile application “ePPO” to help track Kalibr missiles

The “Technari” programmer group has developed the “ePPO” mobile application, which will help the military to track and destroy enemy “Caliber” missiles. This was reported by app developer Gennady Suldin.

“Russian cruise missiles are often hiding from our locators at low altitudes. The air defense is losing its target, the line built on the monitor is interrupted, the anti-aircraft guns are not getting the right direction. And the rockets are killing the Ukrainians. At the same time, our compatriots have seen and videotaped the invaders’ rockets more than once,” he said.

After installing the app on the phone, it works quite simply: a person sees a rocket and presses the big red button on their phone.

“In a few seconds, the detection marks of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles and cruise missiles near and far behind us will appear on the monitors of the brigade, division and air defense batteries commanders. The air defense command officer, based on information from the radar system of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and ground observers, quickly and efficiently deploys anti-aircraft guns.” will give correct instructions. And the Russian missile will be shot down,” says the developer.

Gennadiy also noted that the application has been made available to the leaders of the “Southern” operational command and the army is currently testing it. According to him, the application developed by the “Technari” group and the combat scenario “ePPO” were approved by the commanders of the air defense units.
