On Wednesday, Google and NASA announced a partnership to inspire the next generation of astronauts. OUR The Google Gallery of Art and Culture has updated the Solar System online exhibit., with updated 3D models and augmented reality support. A partnership with the US Space Agency has updated and added new information on the many planets, stars and telescopes on display.

Explore the solar system with NASA and Google

It is now possible to travel around our solar system using Google’s online display, enhanced in collaboration with NASA. The project offers visitors the opportunity observe in augmented reality the Sun, Moon and planets from Mercury to Saturn. Those who wish can also simply browse the site without using the augmented reality features. Travel the solar system with Google

As part of the new exhibition, 3D models got an annotation system.
