The NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope photographed the bright star IRAS 05506+2414 in the constellation Taurus with its Wide Field Camera 3 camera.
As reported by Ukrinform, this was reported by the observatory.
The space object itself is located 9,000 light-years from Earth.
According to astronomers, this object is considered an example of an explosion caused by the destruction of a large young star system.

Usually, matter surrounding a young star is diverted away from the star into a binary stream of gas and dust.
However, in the case of IRAS 05506+2414, material sprays are directed outward in the form of a fan from the center of this image at speeds of up to 350 kilometers per second.
As reported by Ukrinform, the NASA/ESA Hubble space telescope photographed spiral galaxy NGC 1961 in the constellation Giraffe.
