As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced it on Telegram.

The Ministry of Digital, together with the marketplace promotion agency Disqover Agency and Ukrposhta, Startup Ukraine, turned to Amazon to facilitate the terms of Ukrainian sellers and help them enter new markets and promote products made in Ukraine abroad.

Previously, there were many barriers for entrepreneurs to create their own store on Amazon, and according to the message, they had to pay between 7% and 17% of the price for a particular category of goods for each sale.

“Now this is much easier to do! Since September 6, businesses that ship goods from Ukraine to the EU and the UK do not pay any interest on sales. Now Ukrainians will be able to promote their goods on the world market in a more convenient way. Promote Ukrainian and support the economic front,” said the Ministry of Statistics.

As Ukrinform reported, a Ukrainian delegation of 24 startups will attend the Web Summit 2022 technology conference and present the country’s innovative potential on the international stage.

Web Summit is the world’s largest technology conference. Ukraine will present its pavilion for the second time this year. Top startups, funds, IT companies and the government jointly offer the Ukrainian technology ecosystem to the global IT community.

More than 70,000 visitors, more than 2,000 startups and more than 900 speakers are expected to attend, including representatives of the world’s largest companies: Apple, Google, Amazon, OpenSea, Microsoft.

Web Summit 2022 will take place on November 1-4 in Lisbon (Portugal).
