The economic indicator responsible for measuring consumer satisfaction in the United States, the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), released on Tuesday (20), revealed a new survey on the country’s personal computer satisfaction index.
The data included desktops, tablets and laptops, where the study replicated results from recent years and indicated that Apple Leads in Satisfaction in North America, Remaining at #1.
In order to choose the company that satisfies consumers the most, ACSI took into account the opinions of almost 10,000 people. A total of 9,271 people were surveyed between July 2021 and July 2022 to provide results released on Tuesday.
The level of customer satisfaction was presented on a scale from 0 to 100, as in previous editions of the ACSI survey. According to the results, Apple appears in the absolute leadership of the survey.

Samsung went in search of a competitor
This is because the North American company managed to maintain the same 82 points from last year. However, the statistic that drew attention in the report is that of Samsung, which has won good qualities among consumers.
The data provided by the survey showed that the company’s satisfaction rate jumped from 79 in 2021 to 81 in 2022. The 3% jump put Samsung just one point away from beating one of the company’s main competitors these days.
Thus, only Apple and Samsung were able to stay above the poll average. ACSI showed that this year’s average was the same as last year, reaching a difference of 79 points in user ratings.
If, on the one hand, Samsung has reason to celebrate growth and Apple has reason to celebrate persistence, then the company with the least reason to celebrate is HP. This is because the company had the smallest drop from 80 points to 78, a 3% decline.
Continuation after commercial
The study showed that there is a technical connection between five other major brands on the market. The Consumer Satisfaction Index showed that Acer, Amazon, ASUS, Dell and Lenovo scored 79. One of the great highlights is Amazon, which is up 7% year-over-year.
To review and help with scoring, users were asked to answer a series of questions about the product. Among them, satisfaction with the design of machines, sound quality, graphics power, application accessibility, processor speed, etc.
