From now on, you can confirm your data on the Binance crypto exchange using the Ukrainian app “Diya”.
As reported by Ukrinform, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation reported this on Telegram.
It is stated that Binance follows strict rules to protect its customers and prevent financial crimes. Therefore, in order to be verified on the crypto exchange platform, users had to take a photo of their passport and upload it to the system themselves.
“Thanks to Binance’s integration with Diya, you can now be verified on the platform in minutes. Simply share a digital copy of the document in the application,” he said.
The ministry stated that verification through Diya is only available to new Binance users. Those registered on the platform until September 5, 2022 will then be able to verify via Diya.
As reported, in June the Ministry of Digital launched the IT-Generation project together with partners, the Binance blockchain ecosystem and the Lviv IT Cluster. In this way, Ukrainians will be able to get a free profession in the field of informatics.
