Accurate information sold via darknetand money was received through electronic payment systems YuMoney, Qiwi and WebMoney, which are banned in Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, hackers have sold around 30 million accounts and almost 14 million hryvnia “profit”.
Their “wholesale customers” were pro-Kremlin propagandists. They used the data obtained by Ukrainian and foreign citizens to spread false news from the front and create panic. The purpose of such manipulations was to create widespread instability in countries.

During the searches, law enforcement found evidence that the hackers were operating illegally:
Permanent magnetic disks containing the personal data of citizens.
Computer hardware, mobile phones, SIM cards and flash drives.
