Updated Kaspersky Affiliate Program comes with new discounts, training and more MSP benefits

Kaspersky United’s updated partner program now comes with a revised discount system, enhanced training, and more reward options for managed service providers (MSP). In the new system, discounts become more transparent and predictable and cover more Kaspersky products and services. Training updates include new courses for MSPs, sales professionals and technical experts, and 10 new authorized training centers around the world. MSPs now get status levels up to platinum along with higher discounts. The innovations are delivered in line with Kaspersky’s channel strategy of enhanced partner training and support, a strong focus on enterprise products and MSPs.

The pandemic and beyond have fueled channel sales growth and increased customer demand for cloud, security, and managed services. The global MSP survey shows that four out of five service providers (81) have reported an increase in their customer base since 2019. With new tasks and increasing competition in the market, supplier support is becoming the most important element that business partners need for the continuity of their business.

In this regard, Kaspersky continues to significantly improve its affiliate program. In the current update, monetary benefits are more aligned with the dealer’s own goals. Cash rewards can now be earned for more products, services and premium support included in the Kaspersky price list. This allows IT providers to earn more by selling different offers. Partners can also earn discounts with Silver status and take advantage of increased rates when upgrading to the next Gold and Platinum tiers. This rate also varies depending on the solution to which the product sold belongs. The first prize is awarded to Kaspersky Security Foundations, which rises with Kaspersky Optimum Security and culminates in the Kaspersky Expert Security solution. The program also enables a single sales target. This allows partners to be more flexible in their priorities and sell any product mix. All of these are considered within the scope of a single target.

Training updates help IT providers to learn more about the Kaspersky portfolio and new products, to implement and provide high-quality customer support. These include new in-depth product courses such as Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response, Kaspersky Secure Remote Workspace, as well as a revamped training program for MSPs that simplifies status promotion. Technical courses with Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity and Kaspersky EDR Optimum hands-on labs for pre-sales and technical support professionals are now available through authorized training centers. The number of such training centers is planned to increase worldwide, with two new centers already opening in the Middle East and Africa and specialized technical training centers in APAC, Europe, Latin America and Africa by the end of 2022.

Kaspersky United also enables managed service providers by increasing discount rates for products that are part of the MSP program. Offerings include Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud, Kaspersky Endpoint Detection and Response, Kaspersky Managed Detection and Response service, Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity and many more.

To help MSPs move faster from registered status to Silver, Gold, and Platinum status and gain more privileges at all levels, Kaspersky introduced a 5x multiplier for MSP subscription sales. This means that the partner’s subscription sales will be multiplied by five at the next status review.
