Google Cloud has partnered with Call Center Studio, a call center software provider with R&D centers in Chicago and Turkey. In this context, Call Center Studio will be strengthened and a cloud-based call center platform built on Google Cloud will be developed.

Google Cloud has partnered with Call Center Studio, a call center software provider with R&D centers in Chicago and Turkey. As part of the collaboration, Call Center Studio will be strengthened and a cloud-based call center platform built on Google Cloud will be developed. With the launch of the cloud-based call center, Call Center Studio becomes one of the first call center software in Turkey to be built on Google Cloud.

With the collaboration of Call Center Studio, which processes two million minutes and more than one million messages per day, the capacity is to be reached to address more than 600 customers in 34 countries. This partnership with Google Cloud allows Call Center Studio to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into the call center platform and leverage Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE); It supports achieving a highly scalable, reliable and AI-powered contact center solution. On the other hand, this also makes it possible to accommodate high volume workloads.
