World of Warcraft: Dragonflight already has a November 28 date

At the beginning of March, we learned that Activision Blizzard already had a release date for the new expansion of World of Warcraft, arguably the most successful massively online game in history. And a little more than a month later, in mid-April, the developer left us speechless with the presentation of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, an update that, while awaiting its debut, promises to be one of the most ambitious (not to say the first in this sense) in the entire history of WoW.

Along with the announcement of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, Blizzard also announced that the WoW Classic branch will make the jump to World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, another of the most highly rated updates by the community. And as expected the dates of both releases have not been disclosed by the company, so players are very, very aware of any updates in this regard, but with a sense that it will be a long time coming. Specifically, predictions pointed to a revival of WoW Classic later this year, as World of Warcraft: Dragonflight won’t see the light of day until next year.

However, in mid-July we learned that the Classic branch would be updated on September 26th, which was last Monday. Ahead of the originally scheduled dates, which made the players start speculating on the possibility that World of Warcraft: Dragonflight could also be submitted regarding predictions. Blizzard’s history has not allowed us to be too optimistic in this regard, but, after all, dreaming is free.

And not just free, in fact we can sometimes get surprises, and when we talk about companies like Activision Blizzard, which for various reasons are in the eye of the hurricane, anomalies are more likely. And that’s exactly where we find ourselves now, because as we can see in the new trailer released by the company, World of Warcraft: Dragonflight will be released on November 28th. Yes, in less than two months.

Starting the week of October 4th, all players will receive a 50% experience boost before the release of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. This will give you a chance to prepare your characters before the expansion debuts. Experience boosts will end when the Dragonflight pre-expansion patch is released. This doesn’t have a date yet, but players who pre-purchase Dragonflight will be able to craft a Dracthyr when this patch is available.
