Leaders Argentina and Colombia

Argentina and Colombia are the two countries that have contributed the most to the engineers and technical profile in the region, especially after the boom in telework and other remote solutions as a result of the lockdown imposed by the coronavirus pandemic.

According to Austin Software research, Argentina contributes 30% of total talent recruited in Latin America, followed by Colombia, Uruguay (24%), Chile (11%), Mexico (4%) and Peru (2%) is watching. ).
