Yemeksepeti’s autonomous delivery robots YEBOs are ready for use in Caddebostan

Yemeksepeti has pioneered work in Turkey by deploying autonomous delivery robot YEBOs. YEBOs have been developed in collaboration with Delivers.ai to make delivery processes smart, fast, efficient and sustainable. To start with, the YEBOs, which will be commissioned in Caddebostan (Istanbul) from May 5, will expand to all of Turkey over time.

These robots, called YEBO (Food Robot), will initially be on the road for the needs of users in Caddebostan, Istanbul. In this model, which was first launched in Caddebostan, the Yemeksepeti team offers the opportunity to experience YEBO to customers placing orders in the region. Users who accept Yemeksepeti’s autonomous delivery offer will receive a code via email. At the same time, YEBO brings the order from the respective restaurant to the user’s address. By entering the code into the system on YEBO, the user can access his order quickly and safely.

Because YEBO’s reservoir is designed with special materials, it contributes to the excellent experience in orders by keeping the food temperature at the right level. The replaceable battery system allows uninterrupted work. YEBOs, which can climb pavements up to 15 cm and work even in difficult road conditions, offer a reliable and safe service, as well as smart and fast. If necessary, a switch is made to manual operation.
