Today, the Xiaomi company will hold a presentation where it will introduce many new products. However, the India division of the company has suddenly announced its first Redmi tablet. The rumors were confirmed: the Redmi Pad turned out to be a budget model with a balanced filling, its design was also clearly revealed in the leaks. The tablet turned out to be much cheaper than the Xiaomi Pad 5 and Pad 5 Pro.

All Redmi Pad modifications have only one screen diagonal – 10.61 inches. The screen has a resolution of 2K and supports a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Versions of the novelty differ from each other only in the amount of RAM and storage: 3/64 GB, 4/128 GB and 6/128 GB.

The “heart” of the tablet was the best representative of MediaTek’s mid-budget gaming series Helio G99. The manufacturer is confident that the performance reserve of this chipset will be enough for the next few years: the Redmi Pad is guaranteed to receive 2 major Android and MIUI updates and three years of security patches within three years of its release.
